My daughter and I went specifically to The British Hatter to purchase several hats for Royal Ascot & Henley, plus numerous weddings we have this year!
Dianna couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with us. She is an absolute angel and helped us with hats for all our outfits. The shop gets very busy, but Dianna helped everyone and didn’t push anyone into buying something that they didn’t want or need.
I can’t speak highly enough of Dianna and this wonderful little shop.
